One of Italy’s most treasured rituals is the aperitivo, an early evening drink to unwind to and whet the appetite for dinner

For a traditional style aperitivo, usually a dry or bitter drink, choose from the stalwarts: Campari, Aperol Spritz, Negroni or Vermouth. If wine and prosecco are your thing we have a great selection from around the region. Little snacks, small in size and big on flavour are served alongside to take the edge off your hunger before dinner. The setting inside has been designed to create a relaxed environment in which to lounge, the outdoor terrace is an equally lovely spot for an alfresco drink.
